Great Location

The house was in a great location you could go North or South easily! House was clean and very nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Ashley was very easy to deal with and sent all information that was needed before the trip.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need! What you see in the pics is what you get. It was very spacious and offered plenty of space to spread out and enjoy some peace and quiet or have dinner with family or friends. The location is perfect, on the Caribbean side in the center of the island, with a quick golf cart ride to either end depending on what you want to do. We enjoyed the privacy and having our own space. Ashley and Todd were always quick to answer our questions and very easy to work with. They do provide all the information you need to get from the airport to the island which made our visit even better. We did take advantage of the grocery delivery option Ashley and Todd offered and Stacy the house manager had everything we asked for waiting when we arrived. But, there is a well stocked grocery store on the island so if you're feeling adventurous give it a try. We went for snacks and had no trouble! The area is safe, people are friendly and fun. There is a small cantina a short walk from the house that had good food and great drinks. And the view was wonderful! You won't be disappointed with your stay Casa Paraiso!

Very nice property. Living room furniture could be a bit more comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the house. Views from house are amazing! First time staying on the island and will return. Would definitely rent this property again

Loved it!

This was our 2nd time to Isla Mujeres - the first time at Casa Paraiso - we would definitely stay there again. It was easy to get to the rest of the island - we went downtown and to Playa Norte. We were able to walk to breakfast about 1/2 a mile to a coffee shop which served breakfast. Everything was perfect in the in the house.

Paradise indeed!

Excellent location and accommodations for two couples. Views of the Caribbean were stunning - especially sunrise from our private palapa. House had all we needed including beach towels. Everything is just a golf cart ride away.

Great place to relax and explore

The house is lovely -- very clean, comfy beds, plenty of hot water, AC. Rooftop deck was great place for reading or enjoying the ocean view. You just cross the road to get to the walking path overlooking the ocean. More than anything we loved exploring the neighborhood -- eating at small restaurants owned and operated by locals; buying pastries from the local bakeries; looking at murals and colorful houses. We rented a golf cart for three days then flagged down cabs for the rest of our stay -- never took more than five minutes to get a cab; price was a bit random but much cheaper than the cost of renting a golf cart! Watching the moon rise over the ocean is really spectacular and we were there to see the red moon which was quite special.

Best VRBO experience ever,

This was the absolute best experience we've had in more than 10 VRBO stays. The owners are incredibly communicative and helpful. And they are nice! There is a property manager who answered our questions almost instantly. With all their advice and help, getting from Cancun airport to the house was easy and well organized. Take the advice on airport transfer, taxi ride, and going cart rental! With the golf cart, we could easily get anywhere on the island. The house was immaculate. We enjoyed the pool, but spent most of our days at various beaches around the island. It was the most wonderful week! Thank you so much for everything!

Amazing House

My husband and I have been to Isla Mujeres for about 15 years. We’ve always stayed at the same place however that place is no longer available so this was our first trip to unknown territory. I chose this two bedroom home for the location and the beautiful views. I got so much more than that. The house is perfect. The rooftop patio area is where we spent most of our days. You cannot beat the view. The house has everything that you would need to have a great stay. The host and manager were super sweet even when we locked ourselves out of the house while we were on the roof. I was very thankful I had brought my phone. I would highly recommend staying at this house with so many restaurants close by.

Perfect!

We had such a wonderful time. The managers are wonderful, had groceries delivered, golf cart waiting and the home was wonderful. We went just a little south and hung out on the beach. Visited both the Playa Norte and Punta Sur on the golf cart. The home is central to everything.

Amazing

The house was just as pictured. The property manager met us a little earlier than expected due to customs going quickly and was extremely helpful the entire stay. When I couldn’t make a food order delivery, she called it in for me. The property owners responded quickly with any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was nice to hang out and have an impromptu dance party or two. Overall extremely satisfied with this house and we will be back!

Fabulous vacation

Casa Paraíso was even better than the pictures portrayed in VRBO. The views from every level of the house were spectacular. Several weeks before we arrived we received information from the owners of Casa Paraiso that included all information about the house and tons of information about Isla Mujeres that proved to be invaluable to make our trip successful. Upon their recommendations, we arranged flawless transportation from the airport to the house and delivery of our golf cart for our stay on the island. The property manager, Stacy, met us upon our arrival and was helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning to Isla again and ,hopefully, to Casa Paraiso. Thank you to Ashley and Todd for making your home available for a wonderful vacation.

Fantastic in every way!

Casa Paraiso is a perfectly appointed house with all the modern conveniences (towels, washer and dryer, full kitchen) and of course a lovely pool in a fantastic location. We’re frequent travelers to Isla and wanted a space away from the pace of the North Beach area that was not quite as “far” as the South. We love La Gloria (the area the house is in) and had seen the house numerous times when we’ve been on the island. So glad we stayed here. It’s close to everything we love in La Gloria and easy to get to everything else. There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance and it’s only a short drive or walk to either side of the island. The house manager (Stacy) was super responsive and housekeeper (Monica) was also fantastic. Easy check in and out, water delivery, regular pool cleaning, everything. The house was everything we wanted—clean, comfortable, and had all the modern features. The furniture throughout was comfortable and sturdy. One more thing, and maybe the most important. Ashley (the owner) is fantastic to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and in fact we’ve booked our next trip already.

Paradise on Isla!

Casa Paraiso was truly paradise, and I’m so thankful we were finally able to spend time there last week! Ashley was so cooperative and accommodating with us throughout the whole booking process. She was very quick with her communication before and during our stay at Casa Paraiso and made sure we were well taken care of - even while undergoing surgery! Stacy was also very great and helpful to work with during the checkin and checkout process. We loved everything about Casa Paraiso - the spacious kitchen and comfortable living areas, the 2 gorgeous bedrooms with a beautiful ocean view, a nice and relaxing pool overlooking the Caribbean - and our very favorite part of the house was the rooftop palapa! It has the most amazing views and we really enjoyed spending mornings there drinking coffee and relaxing in the evenings with a cocktail enjoying the ocean breeze! The location of the house is great, and just a short golf cart ride anywhere on the island. We loved our time at Casa Paraiso! We were sad to leave but hope to go back again!

My best friend & I stayed here for 3 nights/4 days. It is in a good location & the views are absolutely beautiful! We had the property manager, Stacy, get our list of groceries so they were there on our arrival. It was wonderful having this service however, it would have been nice to communicate the items that were not gotten, so we could have picked them up on the way there. The house was basically clean, but definitely needs some TLC! The front gate does not latch/lock properly so a rock is used to hold it open/closed, numerous doors & windows locks, latches & seals are broken, leaking causing other issues. It stormed our first evening there & we lost power. There were no flashlights (thankfully I had brought one with me), we had only been there a couple hours before this so we had to hunt for a candle & finally found two. Water was leaking through the window in the front room, above the couch as well as windows on the staircase causing water to pool on the floor ( in the dark, with water on tile floor unknown to us, created a slip & fall problem, luckily no injuries occurred). The sliding door in the primary bedroom does not latch or lock so a wooden rod is used to prevent from opening. Hand soap & dish soap were provided as well as toilet paper & paper towels, bath, kitchen & pool towels were also provided. There is no body soap, shampoo or bar soap, so being your own. Basic cleaning was done, but needs a deep cleaning. Needs TLC!!

Everything was fabulous. Ashley was very helpful and easy to contact with anything we needed. Stacey, the house manager showed us all the things in the house and explained how the safe,locks,keys and lights work She even called us a cab, twice. Trust Ashley’s recommendations. The golf cart rental and Carm transport to and from the airport were superb. You can safely use the ATM in the big grocery store there, it’s safe. The binder in the house has very useful information. You should refer to it as much as possible. The one recommendation I would have is to carry bug spray with you to dinners, the mosquitoes will eat you alive! It’s a great, safe island and we would stay in this home again, the kitchen storage containers, ice trays and available 5 gallon purified water dispenser was a plus! Comfy bed as well

Constant breeze

Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. Some of the amenities of the house were in need of perhaps a little bit of updating. The road noise was much louder than we had anticipated. We felt that the guide in the home was perhaps a bit overwhelming, and might benefit from a page with bullet points. We use the AC sparingly because the breeze was lovely and with the fans made things just fine. It was a perfect house for two adult couples and we made full use of the plunge pool, the fans in the house. We had a harder time sitting up on the deck at night because of all the light pollution around the house Overall I would recommend this place for two adult couples who are self-sufficient. We felt that was very good value. Thank you for a lovely stay stay.

Girls trip

Our stay at Casa Paraiso was PERFECT! From booking it to checking out. Ashley took the time to call me after she received an email from me asking her some general questions. Very good communication throughout the weeks leading up to our stay. The location is absolutely one of the best spots on the island. Convenient to both North Beach and Ounta Sur. You can watch the sunrise from the rooftop or from laying in bed! And the beds! So comfortable! Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, complete with a hairdryer (which was a huge plus to me!) we were met at the house upon our arrival, and given the key and a few instructions. There is a washer and dryer in the half bath off the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with kitchen essentials. We opted to eat out most meals but did buy some snacks and liquor to have in the evening while hangin out up on the roof. Th pool is the perfect little spot to get a little sun and to cool off, and enjoy the view of the ocean while doing so! And plenty of beach towels are provided so you don’t need to pack those either! The bedrooms have ample closet space, with plenty of hangers! The balcony out the two bedroom doors makes for a great spot to do morning yoga or to just soak up the gorgeous view! There is. Walking path right across the street! The binder in the home is FULL of suggestions on places to go and things to do! 5 star stay! We will be back!
