The first two days it was al la carte which was a bit better. The buffet was okay, they did have a station to have ano lette made fresh. We had dinner one night which was not great and overpriced. The southern tip of the island is about a 30-minute walk and absolutely beautiful, with a state park and beach clubs along the way. Bring cash — it’s appreciated, and the local people were friendly, attentive, and wonderful. Arriving at the marina, we boarded the hotel’s private catamaran—a beautiful vessel with drinks and friendly staff. We were introduced to our butlers, Raffa and Zelma, who stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay.
