An amazing hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean, with an amazing view. It is located centrally within Forio, in a safe and beautiful area, with plenty of things to do and easy transport. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and really add to the experience! Our phone was even kept safe and returned after forgetting it in the restaurant outside area. Must go! 10/10 experience in beautiful Ischia. Thank you very much!

Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port.

If you are after Quality beauty and health treatments- Sorriso is THE place. Wonderful facials, outstanding massages, and absolutely top professional no-mercy physio. I needed post-shoulder-operation recovery, and Sorriso spa intensive treatments worked miracles. Combined with mineral water swimming pools at the hotel and nearby Poseidon Park (fantastic..!) even a 9 day stay produced outstanding results. This hotel is situated in the hearth of Comune d'Ischia. It's the perfect location if you want to soak in the buzzing atmosphere of this town. It's walking distance from all the best bars, restaurants & shops. Also you can walk to beautiful beaches and the harbour which is very handy. Staff is friendly & helpful and the room clean & spacious. We found the bed very comfy! Highly recommended if you're staying in Comune d'Ischia.

My visit was to attend the Gardens La Mortella, and to hear four pupils from a Manchester Music School. Hotel Villa Franca is family run, clean, comfortable and welcoming.It is also extremely good value for money. Next time I stay I hope to be there for a month. Quite, quite beautiful and soooo relaxing : perfect.

We travelled with a guide dog which is always an interesting experience even in the UK. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and after an initial misunderstanding were really accommodating and included beach shuttles and dropping us at the ferry terminal. We opted for the B&B option although did eat in the hotel on the 1st evening. The food was fine but I enjoyed finding other places on the island to explore and eat.

Above my expectations, definitely will be coming back, accessible to everything, beach beautiful, staff friendly and extremely helpful. Property absolutely beautiful.
