"Staff and grounds are beautiful views of the Gulf of Naples are amazing. You're high in the mountains and make sure you get a cab to go exploring the town of Ischia as it is beautiful. The restaurant at the hotel is great and they have a wonderful spa including thermal pools and you can request massage the massage person is fabulous and the prices are great highly recommend this hotel"

"Hotel was lovely with very friendly and helpful staff. Thermal baths on site were wonderful and ensure you don’t have to leave the property. If you do venture away from the hotel, you are already in the town of Lacco Ameno so restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Recommend staying in a room in the main building if you require strong/reliable WiFi. Thanks to the property and staff for a wonderful visit."

"The location was very close to the ferries and close to many shops. We loved the outdoor thermal pool and patios! It was were very nice and relaxing. Staff was professional and helpful. Martina at front desk was always smiling and happy to see us:) The buffet breakfast lacked a variety of fresh fruit, otherwise it had a good selection of croissants, cakes and breads! I would return:) "

"One of our most amazing hotel stays. Truly a wellness paradise and the staff is just remarkable. Our 4 yr old daughter got sick and they went above and beyond to assist. The indoor thermal pool and outdoor pool was exceptional. We cant wait to return. "

"The hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was outstanding. There is a bus that runs by the hotel, and if you walk 10 minutes, you will find many more buses to choose from. We walked from the port the first time, but I do not recommend it as it was a 30-minute walk, in the sun, uphill."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Sorriso! So much to do at the hotel you honestly don’t ever need to leave for a relaxing stay. We walked 3 minutes up the street and rented scooters for a day to go around the island. The hotel has shuttle service to the beach below. The restaurants were delicious, fresh, local and even a nightlife scene right at the hotel. The staff is so friendly and wonderful we just really had a relaxing stay. 10/10 experience! "

"Hotel and room was fantastic, old Italian country style. The beach, layout, sun beds on the cliff, the epic scenery and even different style of tiles in every single room - what makes it so special. Minus was a lack of non fish/seafood option as my partner doesn’t eat it but other that that food was good for me. "
