"The stay was overall good but the staff and the lifeguard down at the beach were not nice at all. I was not told that if I had the lounge chair at the poolside I couldn’t have the lounge chair by the beach and the ocean and they didn’t take the effort to satisfy us even though we booked a lot in advance. I would’ve reserved them if I knew."

"Hotel San Giorgio has breathtaking views of Maronti Bay from every area of the Hotel -- from guest rooms, restaurant, Bar/Cafe, and terrace off indoor thermal pool. The staff is incredibly helpful & polite, and the food is top notch. Location is spectacular with easy beach access and more than 20 beach front restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Just a half hour taxi gets you to the port where a 1 hour boat ride takes you to Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano, Capri Island, or Naples (& 1 hour train ride from Naples to Rome). Ishia Island and Moronti Bay is one of the most beautiful parts of Europe. Bellissimo e affascinante. Eccellente."

"The hotel setting was beautiful with easy access to the pool from the room. The room spec was not completely in line with the rest of the hotel standards, which has an amazing pool area and very attentive staff. It is a short taxi or 20-30 minute walk to the main ports on the island. Breakfast could be presented better but was fine. All in all, a beautiful hotel stay and would recommend."
