The shower in our room flooded the entire bathroom and we had to be moved to another room. Because of the inconvenience and amount of time it took us to move, We missed our paid ticketed event. The hotel staff said they upgraded our room and they did not. In fact, the room we received has less furniture than our original room. They did give a room with a pool view but who needs a pool view when it is 69 degrees outside. I requested at least one night refunded and the hotel refused.

Checkin experience was pretty poor! Not only was I told that my pre-paid Expedia reservation was not valid, they also tried to charge me more than double the amount that I paid via Expedia on the spot.

I liked the convenience of getting to the airport (literally across the street). The room was spacious, nice decor, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I didn’t like the big dead cockroach on the bathroom floor upon arrival. I didn’t like that there was no bar soap upon arrival and when I asked the front desk the woman said there is no bar soap available—only shampoo to use as soap! And when I looked on the bathroom counter, there was only conditioner and lotion. I asked if someone could then bring the shampoo up to my room and she said she’s the only one at the desk and couldn’t leave her station. So I had to pick up the shampoo myself. And when I did, lo and behold she said “look what I found?” and produced a small bar of soap. She said it was the last one. ??? Aside from the cockroach and the soap issue, everything else was fine including the very nice morning staff. I did check in late at night 1030pm but the night person seemed to have no clue about making gusts feel comfortable and properly attended to.

I had a surprise visit to Irvine for a few days, and I booked this place from the lobby of the company recommendation and will stay here from now on. It’s a 10 minute walk to the office and much nicer. Thank you!

Some area of improvement with cleaning in the bathroom as there was dirty spot on the floor but that was the only area. Property was very serine, a little Oasis tucked in the heart of downtown Irvine. Would stay here again.

Liked that it had a balcony. Everything looked cleaned. The room was a nice decent size. Parking was easy. It has an interesting way of getting inside and coming out, but makes sense for security. Overall, stay was comfortable and would book again.

Pictures of this property were deceiving. The room Odor was unbearable that we could hardly breathe. I was scared to sleep on the bed. The entire stay was uncomfortable and disastrous.

Dont get me wrong i love my stay. Its very clean & quiet. Only negative is they charge you for parking which i dont mind if they charger per stay but they charge per night. That's the only thing i dont like.

Walking into the lobby I was impressed with the design. And it smelled so good! The staff was nice and friendly. Walking to my room, I see it was clean. Unfortunately, when we walked in our hotel room though it was clean it smelled like a home care for the aged. While we were at Irvine Spectrum we stopped by Target to buy some auto air freshener to keep it smelling fresh for my mom. And later, we can hear cleaning crew talking loudly in the hallways. For breakfast we walked to ihop because no one at the breakfast area was there to help us they guy was just standing at the entrance and there were only bagel there but no coffee or juice at least. So I gave it 2-3 stars.

This property was a property that had many fees for many things that made no sense. For example: Hotel Guests are required to pay $24 per day, per stay for parking which is ridiculous. Also I asked before staying at this property to please make sure we get our room cleaned and stocked up each day of our stay and they assured me again at the front desk and it never happened. We ran out of toilet paper the next day and had to call the front desk and waited over 40 minutes. The room walls and doors must be very thin because you can hear when people are walking by or walking in the room next door. Definitely will not be back and I much rather stay 10 minutes away from the airport than to deal with this property.

Lots of conveniences. Right across the street from the John Wayne airport. Gas station right next door. Rental car agency onsite. Somewhat loud on a Saturday night but couldn't hear much in the room. There's a real balcony which was nice. otherwise everything was ok.

This was conveniently located to the places we needed to travel to. The property and rooms were very clean. The reception desk was friendly and very helpful at all times. The parking was convenient. There was no housekeeping service unless requested, which was fine for us. I went to the front desk to get more coffee cups, coffee and tea, which were provided to me immediately. Only two very small complaints: 1. there was only one wastebasket and it was very small, 2. the plumbing at times was noisy.

This was very close to the Orange County airport and made getting there early in the morning easy. The maps showed there might be some good restaurants within walking distance, as there aren't good food options in the hotel. The receptionist mentioned a breakfast, but my flight was too early for that. The pool area was very nice, minus some broken stones on the walkways.

We were laying in bed when we saw two large cockroaches and we went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do . We told them we wanted our refund money back and they said because I got it through Expedia. There was nothing they could do.

This is not the hotel, its a motel. As soon as we checked in, saw the cockroach on the wall and asked for refund but they denied. They sent someone to remove the cockroach. Dont stay here, its dirty, smell, bugs.

It was only a bit noisy because its next to the airport but its quiet enough to sleep and such the staff was great room was nice
