First off all the staff are very kind. I had good experience although my only issue was low water pressure in the shower, and there was only rain shower and not an option for shower head. And the carpet was not properly cleaned and I had some dust as well. I stayed for one night so didn’t have time or seen a reason to complain. Beside that everything was perfect.

While the gym was compact, it provided all the necessary equipment for a swift workout. The pool, though modest in size, was not an issue due to its lack of crowds. The restaurant offered an exceptional experience, with both delicious food and excellent service.

Great hotel and room was good. However heated pool service which they claimed is not true. Also the location of the hotel is dirty. Their roadside sidewalks are unclean and just don’t feel comfortable until you get to newer development which was close atleast.

The spa room was amazing!

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The room was stunning, would recommend the spa room. The location was great and was easy to walk to the bars in West Hollywood. Would definitely get a room here again

Sarah is the best! Restaurant served a perfect avocado toast with freshly squeezed juices and the bed was fabulous! Walkable to a multi-level mall with many options!
