First room we were put in smelled of cigarettes. Management then put us in an executive suite next door. Better room with a few handicap features that were appreciated. Cleanliness spotty. Hair in bathroom floor. Asked for extra towels that never arrived. Breakfast ran out of key items. Cracks in outside sidewalk made luggage cart difficult to maneuver.

Overnight stay
This hotel is way overpriced for its condition. Very basic at best. Breakfast wasn’t good. Toilet tank overflowed about a pint of water on the floor every time you flushed. The shower drain didn’t work and tub filled up.

This place was clean, quiet and conveniently located. Continental breakfast was very good. We will stay again when we come to the area.

Check-in was fast and efficient. The hotel is bright and the room is comfortable and clean. There is a very nice area to walk a dog and, while it's clearly part of the hotel grounds, it's unmarked so I'm not sure we were in the right area. The hotel feels modern and clean. It was a good place to relax after a long drive.

This property was run down and needs renovating. A/C in room didn’t cool. Floor was dirty. Check-in person was out smoking when I arrived and told me to wait. Overall, not good and wouldn’t recommend.

Front desk girl was great, very friendly. Room air conditioning was so loud I had to wear earplugs my whole stay and room always felt humid. Light switch when you first walk into room did not work. Hair in bathtub. Woke up to smell of marijuana at 3 am coming in through the vents even though no smoking signs posted. They are pet friendly which is nice and free breakfast was ok (eggs, bacon, toast, waffles etc).

Great service. Little noisy in the hallways when doors slam shut. Room was warm and comfortable. Been to many hotels and worry about bed bugs but this place was like home away from home.

Be careful of this shady hotel! Charged a 250$ smoking fee when I know for a fact there was no smoking in the room. Manager would not return phone calls after he couldn’t be reached for a week. I am a non smoker and I regret giving these losers my credit card information.
