"Neat and modern Outdoor pool was top class Clean room Staff were very friendly I think the breakfast dinning options need improvement"

"Our room was clean. The only issue was the bathtub would not fill up due to the plug missing the seal. Our room had a note saying the hotel was “green” and that housekeeping would only be in on the third day unless requested sooner, however, when we returned to the room the second day housekeeping was there changing our linens. The room didn’t have a do not disturb sign or we would have used it as we appreciate the goal to conserve and did not need fresh linens. We unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy breakfast either morning as it doesn’t start until 7 and we were up early to hike."

"Great stay as always"

"Our 1st room was not in good shape, we could not stay there. Old carpets, stains in the ceiling, old bed. The evening staff were very helpful in finding a room that was acceptable. The sheets were not good quality , they were very thin. The hallways and elevators were not clean. We did not feel overly comfortale staying there .The outside grounds were nice and The breakfast was good."

"I did not know about having to pay about parking in the hotel parking lot. I will never be back and will let everyone know about this and I was told they are not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle after you pay them for parking. Greed will get you no where. Just remember when you are gone you can not take it with you. Greed is a sin."

"This hotel is a hidden gym in my humble opinion. It would fall under the category of outdated for some, but that just added to the charm for me. I will start with my only negative critique, the parking was absolutely atrocious. It was ample, but tight. But once we got parked and made our way in we were greeted by the most delightful clerk, I only wish I could remember her name. Very friendly and she had a mini Jesus on her computer which prompted a great convo and I went to my car and provided her with one of every color. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The ac worked great! The view was wonderful. Literally everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was standard but filling. The wonderful lady attending to breakfast was an absolute delight. All of the wonderful women working here were absolutely delightful. Real mountain charm! They made my anniversary trip special just by being friendly. I wish I could give them all 10 star ratings. In a world where customer service is falling to the wayside these charming ladies more than made up for it. They, more than anything else, set the tone for a wonderful hotel and getaway!"
