Hotel is outdated and in serious need of renovation. The room, towels smells moldy. Staff seemed unhappy and frustrated. The gym and sauna area is like a scene from a horror movie. I never right bad reviews like this but I feel people should know what they are getting. When I was searching and booking this was the most expensive and best rated hotel I could find so expected better quality. I hope this helps.

Our room's balcony had a wonderful direct view of Pico da Ibituruna, one of the main attractions in Governador Valadares. The hotel is right next to a full restaurant with superb food.

The General manager of the property didn't show care at all about the problems that i have with the sisment of payment !!! Their credit card machine doesn't accept international credit card . I consider very poor management. I could use my credit card any stored around their properties at grocery store, mall newspapers stores , restaurants any place at the restaurant inside the hotel , but accept to pay my hotel bill ,sorry give me a brack . I ask to speak to the Hotel manager about , but the top dogs was never available !!! Nor made it self available during the whole time the i was there !!!!

Good location. The room is overall clean and comfortable. They don’t have a porter, so if you have a lot of luggage can be frustrating. No valet parking either.

Único problema foi a televisão muito ruim o sinal. E o serviço de quarto você tem pagar no ato do pedido de bebidas e comidas..

Not good things in San Diego hotel
I have trouble with the tv was old not HD and only channels in Portuguese I complained with them they said that they will fix it for me but I stayed there 14 days and nothing happened another about the towels I told them that it was hurting my skin they change for me only 1 time So these my complains about San Diego

Excellent Business Hotel
This is a full service hotel with a nice pool and added bonus of a tennis court. I did not eat in the restaurant, but their breakfast was excellent. One of the most important aspects of staying in a hotel for business travelers is the quality of wifi and San Diego Suites was above average in this category also.

The hotel is located in Horto, Ipatinga. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Good for business visitors.
