There's really nothing to fault about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide terrific service and ensure that all of my needs were met. Esat in particular was extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was in excellent shape.
The food in the restaurant was also much, much better than one might expect, all at a reasonable price There was little or no need to eat out. There was also a small supermarket right up the street to purchase various odds and ends. The breakfast also had a nice variety of food.
The only knock one could have against the hotel was the fact that it wasn't located in the center of town. However, it was only a 20 minute walk to get there or alternately, a 3 Euro cab ride. So, in many ways, the location wasn't really a drawback at all. I'm glad to recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Pristina, whether it be for business or pleasure.

Rooms are very clean and large. Staff are very helpful and they are very enthusiastic to help you.
They serves you like your are their family member. It is very safe. It has mountain view and you can see the mountains, ıt has a large view. Foods are good, and very clean. It has SPA and swimming pool also. The hotel is very quite. You can study, work or read about anything you want.
