"This was the most dilapidated, dirty, stinky room I’ve had ever booked. Where to start . . . The walls were stained, the ceramic tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and broken, the room stunk of strong disinfectant, there were many spiders, and the bed was lumpy like an old straw mattress. The place was incredibly bad in every respect. We were there for ten minutes before we chose to leave. We didn’t even stop at the desk and ask for a refund, as we kind of knew how that would go, and time was short to find a descent hotel. I think this room is used to scam travellers out of the rate they’ve pre-payed online. I hold Expedia responsible for this swindle as Expedia chooses to host this place on their site."
