"The hotel was beautiful and right in the center of town. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and spacious with amazing views of the city."

"The downstairs area was lovely nice bright modern and The staff was wonderful and helpful But our room was dated the furniture was poor and the leather Sofa was old and sunken very uncomfortable The room was dark all the time extremely hot the fan was on constant day and night It's a lovely size room and would cost much to modernise it by replacing old tatty furniture and adding a couple of pictures large window faced on to back of building and was extremely mucky my advice would put some window privacy screen on it better then looking at other old mucky windows and ventilation tubes No hairdryer in the room went down to reception for one reception said would fetch one up still never received it so kids went to bed with damp hair But the room was clean and the breakfast was fantastic"

"The only reason i gave this hotel four stars is that i had to go for the cheapest room. Had only one Tiny window and that doesn't help if you need light for work. I'm sure more expensive rooms were great, I just didn't had a chance to experience it. Restaurant was outstanding. And staff ... beypnd expectations. They will go not only an extra mile for you, but ten miles. I felt welcomed and important."
