"Don’t attempt to stay here. Booked the room the week before. When I turned up at the front desk I was told my booking had been. Cancelled. Expedia wasn’t informed and neither was I. Aberdeen was full due to a conference that was on so I struggled for another room. Ended up paying £255 elsewhere and was lucky to get that. Expedia can’t get in touch with the front desk at the hotel and neither can I. The OYO support line are denying all knowledge of the booking so as it stands I’ve paid for a room I don’t get. This happened to a number of others who were at the same meeting as me so not a one off. Shocking service from this hotel."
