Haus GUSTAV - cozy holiday home with a direct view of the Baltic Sea in a quiet

On the ground floor you will find an open fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and a stove with ceramic hob, coffee machine etc. There is also a bathroom with shower/toilet. From the living room with dining area for 5 people and sofa seating area with flat screen TV/radio/CD/DVD you can access the beautiful terrace with garden furniture, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea, the peace and quiet, the landscape and the sunset can. A spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor. Two bedrooms await you there. A bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a balcony where you have beautiful sunsets and a great view over the Wismar Bay. And a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed.

Due to the location and the thatched roof, please remember to only use the electric grill provided by the owner!

There is a parking space at the house.

A travel cot, a high chair and a stair safety device are available for the little guests.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, das Ferienhaus super und wir durften sogar schon eher rein. Leider waren rund ums Ferienhaus ein paar Kothäufchen. Wir haben auch einen Hund mitgehabt und immer alles weggemacht, dass gehört sich einfach so.

Unseren Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen. Die sehr naturnahe Unterkunft hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Für kühle, nasse Tage fehlte uns nur die Möglichkeit des Anschaltens einer Heizung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Lage des kleinen Hauses direkt am See, viele Vögel zu beobachten, ruhig Alles vorhanden was man benötigt (Leider kein Zugang zum Wasser) Eine Schere im Haus wäre super Auf jedenfalls benötigt man einen Insektenschutz

Es war wirklich schön und erholsam! Der angebotene Brötchenservice war aufgrund der Lage wirklich Gold wert! Großartig ist auch, dass das Objekt hundesicher eingezäunt ist, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte und nicht ständig angeleint draußen sein musste. Die etwas steile Wendeltreppe ins Obergeschoss war für uns alle (Mensch und Hund) sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nach wenigen Tagen haben wir uns daran gewöhnt und kamen gut klar. Die Mücken sind bei der Lage unumgänglich, dagegen sollte man auf jeden Fall Maßnahmen treffen. Ich empfehle Spüli (für den Abwasch von Kleinigkeiten mitzunehmen, auch Küchenpapier, wenn man nicht das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket buchen möchte ist sehr empfehlenswert einzupacken (oder in Kirchdorf zu kaufen). Die Insel ist wunderbar mit dem Rad zu erkunden und uns war nicht langweilig!

Hallo Ihr Lieben, insgesamt wie immer ein gelungener Urlaub. Das das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist war uns aus den alten Bewertungen bewusst, aber ab und zu mal ne Grundreinigung, z.Bsp. zwischen Vitrine und Wand macht schon Sinn, vor allem wenn es schon mehrmals angesprochen wurde. Auch die Fensterreinigung wurde schon mehrmals angesprochen. Aber wir kommen trotzden gerne wieder.

Wie schon am Abreisetag im Büro angesprochen, hat Haus "Gustav" mit der Zeit etwas gelitten (Reed-Dach-Schäden Ostseite u. massiver Vogelkot Fenster Nordseite oben). Das müsste gemacht werden auch um die Bausubstanz nicht weiter zu gefährden. Auch könnten mal die Fenster geputzt werden finden wir. Wir haben folgende Dinge in der Küche vermisst: Stöpsel für Spülbecken, Eierbecher, Eierlöffel, einen Brotkorb, Handtuchhalter, Salz-u. Pfefferstreuer, Streichhölzer ... Preis-Leistung ist auch aus diesen genannten Gründen nicht ganz gerechtfertigt. Die Lage ist aber unschlagbar!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Abwicklung durch Ihre Mitarbeiter. Bis auf ein paar "alte" Spinnennetze im Schlafzimmer, war das Haus sauber. Uns fehlten zum perfekten Urlaub lediglich Eierbecher und Gartenliegen. Weiterhin ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Duschtür nicht richtig dichtet und Wasser in das Bad läuft. Könnte auf dauer Schäden verursachen. Gruß Carsten Otte

Der Urlauber, der Ruhe und Einsamkeit sucht und ein richtiger Naturfreund ist, dem der Gesang der Wildgänse und der Tanz der Kraniche den Konzertsaal ersetzt und der wirklich "entschleunigen" will, der findet im "Haus Gustav" auf der Insel Poel die richtige Entspannung. Dieses Haus ist für uns - zwei Erwachsene, drei Hunde - wirklich ein Geheimtipp !!! Außerdem ist die Insel Poel bekannt für ausgezeichnete Wander- und Radwege, für eine vielseitige, gute und bezahlbare Gastronomie und - für freundliche Menschen.
