"I was there just for one night. It‘s a nice but old fashioned hotel. The rooms were clean, but in a stormy night it wasn’t quite easy to sleep as the room was noisy, probably due to the building itself. Calling prior to the trip the reception to evaluate where I could park, they were quite difficult to understand (no native German). Even a written request wasn’t answered. I only had luck to find a public parking place right in front of the hotel, within the free parking times. "

"Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all. "

"Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und einladend! Schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus. Das Restaurant "The George" serviert ein köstliches Abendessen und das vom Hotel angebotene Frühstück ist sicherlich köstlich. Ich kann das Weinhaus Uhle sehr empfehlen. Außerdem war es ein sehr schöner und einfacher Spaziergang zum Schloss Shwerin. In der Nähe gibt es so viele wunderbare Geschäfte, darunter ein Teeladen direkt gegenüber und ein Geschäft für Vintage-Kleidung im Block gegenüber vom Teeladen. "
