"We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. "The room was clean but there was no attention to detail ( corners, dust under bed, etc), after all that's what distinguishes establishments from one another. The bathroom was always wet due to the shower design construction. No night light for kids to visit at night the bathroom. The whole room had to be lit like new years or use mobile flashlight. This is family orientated hotel/resort. Small things and attention to details are what make a champion and hotel was laking of this. Not adequate...
