I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost.

However, the hot tub wasn't working, unfortunately, and many children were swimming around wildly without supervision. ..."
