Poor communication with reception staff when checking in there was no mention that breakfast was not included on my reservation and we were told what time the breakfast was served but not that this was extra so we were very surprised when checked out ..."

"Unterkunft schmuddelig... Fernseher eher ein Fake... Terrasse schmutzig...stand noch der schmutzige Aschenbecher vom Vorgänger da...die Fenster total dreckig und teilweise kaputt...um den Schlüssel zu bekommen musste man bis fast zum Neptun latschen...und auch zurück bringen...für Anspruchlose ist ..."
