We have the apartment completely renovated in early 2018, completely updated and furnished with love and sense of practicality.
It has wood-burning fireplace, TV, stereo radio / CD and internet / W-LAN and can accommodate up to 4 adults!

Our beginning of 2018 completely renovated and newly furnished apartment "Soul Streichler" in Warnemünde is located in an excellent location.
The Friedrich-Franz-Straße is the second parallel street to the Old River and is relatively quiet despite its central location. So you have the choice between relaxed seclusion and proximity to the turbulent beach life.

To the beach and to the lighthouse or Teepott as well as to the supermarket, various bakeries and restaurants one arrives with few steps (3-5 min). If you arrive by train, the apartment is easily accessible on foot from the train station.

The apartment is in the 1. Floor = DG with a size of about 58 square meters is equipped for 4 people. One bedroom (with TV) with double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and 2 single beds in the loft for children. The apartment has characterful, well-kept shipboards as a floor. The large sun terrace to Friedrich-Franz-Str. invites you to a relaxing stay, reading and clapping.

The new, open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dining table.
