"Good location and very clean. I disliked the frosted glass bathroom wall/door. It reduces privacy for the user, reduces noise insulation from the bathroom and reduces the light insulation too so it disturbs the other person still in the bedroom. It doesn’t make sense, especially in a twin room. "

"Fine, but not amazing. Some staff very friendly, others less so. Originally given a double room when a twin was booked, told by staff I hadn't booked a double (when I had), though it was dealt with it was made to feel like a massive inconvenience for the member or staff. Couple or bits in the morning room not great, toilet flushing button hanging off wall, needs touching up in places. "

"We have stayed at the Dom Spitzen before because it is so convenient for the train station and cathedral centre. The staff are lovely and the breakfast selection excellent. My only wish would be for a downstairs lounge area, as there are just a couple of chairs in the reception area. If you struggle with stairs ask to be on the right hand side of the hotel because the left has no lift."
