"A little dated but clean and amazing rooftop pool area. Fun, cheerful and Miami vibes. The staff I would give 10 stars. Super nice and Maria greeted us with such kindness to where it felt like she was welcoming us to her home. Word of advice if you wish to sleep late ask to be put in the building without the rooftop pool. They have the music rocking at 9am. Beach access across the road and fabulous food walking distance. "

"The beach view was obstructive with palm trees. Do not choose oceanfront with two queen beds, the highest floor you get is number five and you do not see the ocean at all. Sink was cracked and sealed with dirty silicon, fridge extremely small, water flow in sink is very weak, only one sink, not comfortable to even wash hands, they should change the style. Saw a couple of gangs swirling around, does not feel safe. Also a lot of escort girls, some snob families. Does not feel as very inviting 5 star hotel. TV does not have access to youtube as a guest. wifi network does not support 2.4 ghz wifi, could not connect my laptop. Parking $80/day, no self-parking, only on streets. Noisy loud music outside till 11 pm every day, does not allow to fall asleep. End of March-begining April - very stormy strong wind every day, you have to hold your cap with a hand, ocean with 10 ft waves, not swimmable at all. Like the bathrobes, soft and nice, slippers are included. "

"Management does not allow early arrivers to stay on lobby. Have to leave the luggage and come back by 330 pm for check-in. Otherwise excellent hotel and friendly front office staff."

"Overall really nice, great staff. My only complaints are that for two consecutive days they closed the adult pool area due to a private party, but they still charged the daily amenities/resort fee. Also, one of the two elevators was broken for three days and the wait times were so long that guests were choosing to go up 5-to-11 flights of stairs. Perhaps the elevator problem isn't anyone's fault, but finding the better pool area closed early (twice) for a party was frustrating. Both days the party was eventually cancelled due to wind/rain, but during the time it would have been open (without a party), the weather was fine, so we lost out on the awesome pool R&R for no good reason. If they want to book parties there, the set up should begin after the normal pool area closing time. "

"Location and beach view great, room sizes good price is good for that location. But quality naturally takes a hit. Parking additional $40-50 because onsite parking was full. Staff politeness hit or miss unfortunately"
