"The location is unbeatablee right on Ocean Drive and literally steps from the beach, restaurants, and everything happening in South Beach. I was fortunate enough to stay in a room with ocean view, very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was professional and helpful throughout the stay. Even though the property doesn’t have a pool, they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels which makes going to the beach super convenient. "Extremely small room, the sink is located outside the bathroom which was a nuisance. The sink was not draining initially and we had to ask someone to come fix it. After the first person “fixed it” we saw that it was still not draining. We called again. They sent someone else who opened up the pipes and cleaned the drain and it finally worked. We were offered a free bottle of wine, which was nice but this is not the experience I was expecting when paying such a hefty price each night. The bed that I slept in was caved in and was quite uncomfortable. I would suggest you look for another hotel that is more spacious and well maintained."
