One of the best in Incline Village
Very clean. Very spacious bed room and family area. Beds and sofa are very comfortable. Location is great. We are surprised to find that it has Jacuzzi and sauna. The overall stay was enjoyable. We have been stayed in Incline village many times. This condo is the best in overall.

Great place, but needs better wifi
Awesome property and location, Mimi was great at communicating and check in was easy. Only issue is the wifi was terrible, couldn’t get any work done, and there was no attempted solution when I notified the host. Literally 30-60 seconds to load each webpage or email, couldn’t get any work done and my son couldn’t work on homework as planned. We were only there for two nights as the tail end of a road trip so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it would have been completely unacceptable for a longer stay.

Destination wedding weekend
Short stay of 2 nights for a wedding at Hyatt resort. It was perfect location, right across the street. The unit had everything we needed including a steamer for the guys suits. Had never experienced in floor heating(which we loved) and Mimi called as soon as I texted with questions.

Bed bugs / false advertising on access to beach across the property.
Family member woke up next day of stay have bug bites all over their bodies. Ignored for the day cause of the planned activity for the day. Came back evening to find out there’s BED BUGS all over the bed. Have to purchase inflatable beds so my family can rest.reported that evening and did not get a response back 19 hrs later and Adam accusing me that I brought the bugs. Got home with BED BUGS in mind I unpacked my belongings in the tub sure enough bugs fell off of them.

You tried to extort money from me with this Bed Bug lie! I don’t cave to extortion! I’ve been renting my place out for 13 Years! I guess I knew a con artist would eventually come along! I was in the place the morning before you got there. There were NO bed bugs!! I’ve rented to hundreds of people, you’re the first extorter I’ve encountered, I guess I’m fortunate

It was great! I think that the only nice treat would to have a few keurig pods available for the first day there. It would be great to have coffee available the next morning after you come in late. I have experienced that before in other places and it was a cheap but great touch! This is a suggestion and not a complaint. thank you again!

July Lake Tahoe Trip
Incline Village is a very nice area. As we arrived it was a long walk from the parking lot to the condo. I noticed other places had wagons to bring their stuff up. The condo was spacious and clean. The dryer did not work, wished we would have known this before we washed our clothes. Information about access to sand harbor would be helpful. Definitely, not walking distance, unless your are ready to walk 3-4 miles. The ice cream shop was Yummy. The pool is more of a lap Swimming pool.

Sweet spot at Incline Village
The place was great. Clean and orderly. Mimi contacted us via email and had paperwork to continue the conversation when we arrived. We were not looking amenities like hot tub and pool, had our eyes set for Sand Harbor beach and King’s beach. Great weekend and the place had everything we needed. Thanks!

Great Location
We absolutely love staying in the unit. We have IVGID cards so we can walk to the beaches and use the ramp for boating at Ski Beach. If you do not have cards there is so much to do in the area too. Ride bikes or drive down to San Harbor for the day.

We attended a wedding at the Hyatt and the condo is a short walk to the Hyatt. Lovely setting, the check in was easy and host was very accommodating. Went to use the microwave and there was water in the bottom with hardened Mac and cheese. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Perfect stay
This property was exactly as described and a great stay for me and my husband and our snowboarding 15 year old. Close to everything! We drove to Northstar for a day of boarding and then walked across the street to the Hyatt in the evening for some adult time. We will be back!

Lovely Incline Village condo
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, located right across the street from the Hyatt Incline, although the unit is toward the back of the property so it is very quiet. Walkable to all Hyatt amenities and restaurants at the 120 Country Club shopping area. Just a block off the lake and the lovely walking path along the lake. Super clean, great smart tv with good instructions for cable and streaming. Beds extremely comfortable and you don't always find that at rental properties. Steam shower in master bath is amazing! I would not hesitate to stay here again, winter or summer. Thank you!

Lovely condo, close to everything
I stayed here for a weekend with my family. The condo is clean and comfy. It had everything we needed. I personally loved the steam shower in the master bath. It was the perfect way to end a fun filled day in the snow.

Snowy Getaway
We really enjoyed our time in the condo. Everything was very clean and as described in the listing. The location is excellent and extremely quiet. I think we were one of only 3 or 4 units that were even occupied. There is something I want to mention as a safety concern. The burners on the stove are completely flat and smooth and when stirring a pot of soup, the pot slid right off and onto the floor. It's a good thing the soup wasn't hot yet or it could have caused serious burns. I really think the stove should be replaced anyway, as it also seemed quite old. The wi-fi is also in serious need of an upgrade. If you are logged into the network and are watching TV, the picture becomes constantly pixelated due to having to compete for bandwidth. So log all your devices off if you are watching TV. Instructions for how to use the steam shower would have been helpful as it took us quite a while to get it working properly. Lastly, the light in the master bathroom over the vanity only works on one side. The other side is very dark. I would still highly recommend this property, just with the issues I mentioned resolved. The stove and bathroom light should be a priority for replacement. This is a great property for families and couples. There are so many things within walking distance.

Peaceful amidst the Pines
This condo is in a quiet community and was so nice to hear nothing at night time except the wind blowing through the tall pines. I enjoyed the condo as it was the perfect space to getaway for a few days.

We have stayed here twice now and it is a lovely unit. Definitely would stay here again. Three things to note. The steam shower is FANTASTIC but, the floor in the shower is super slick so be careful. The dryer is a bit tricky and doesn't run long enough to get the clothes dry. We eventually got stuff dry by using the timed dry. Lastly, the internet was glacially slow.

Place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location directly across from the Hyatt. Several restaurants, sandwich shop and bakery steps away. Mimi who oversees the property was quickly responsive to questions. We even had a mix up on exit day (my fault) but Mimi was quick to help. My only complaint is that the development owners voted to not let renters have access to the lake. Only owners are allowed. A real disappointment.

The local management entity (IVGID) of our private beaches, and other community amenities is who imposes the restrictions. Access is only allowed for property owners with picture IDs. My apologies. Overall the stay was okay.
Closets in both bedrooms were stuffed with pillows, bedsheets, rods, etc. There was not much space left to hang cloths. One light in master bedroom and one light in bathroom was not working. The pillow covers were not clean.

Overall, our experience was great. Pros: The condo is spacious, clean and you can’t get any better as far a a location for the price!! Bathrooms are awesome and the master steam shower is a plus! Beautiful, quaint and peaceful property. We had a wedding to attend at the Hyatt (which is just across the street) and also went out in a boat and that was just across the street as well. Cons: Condo is a bit dated but does have everything you need from a functionality standpoint. No air conditioning but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Might want to pack a fan or two if you are like us and want air movement!

We really enjoyed the condo and were really pleased with the LARGE dining table and roomy family room. Made it easy to gather or spread out as needed. It's a bit of a long walk from the parking lot to the condo, but the grounds are so lush and peaceful that it's a nice stroll. Only hiccup we had was that the Incline Village beaches are not accessable with this rental, but I understand that has been updated.

The listing information and other reviews gave the impression that you could access beaches within walking distance, but that is not the case. The beaches close to this property in Incline Village are private/gated with attendants at the entrances, requiring you to drive, bike or take a VERY long walk to a public beach. The owner does not provide a pass for local beaches with the rental. The property had good space for a family, but no A/C and the screens on some of the windows had holes. Overall, the property was dated and could have been cleaner and better maintained. It was ok for just 2 nights, but we would not have wanted to stay here longer.

Great location!
The property was in a great location! Super close to the beach and the Hyatt, where we were attending a wedding. The property is pretty dated and needs some repairs and some lights replaced, but it had everything we needed.
