The staff including cleaners and shuttle bus staff are efficient and professional. Rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfy. Restaurants has seasonal beautiful dishes. This Tobu hotel has a drug store and a lovely convince store which selling alcoholic/ non alcoholic drinks and food like Onigiri, noodles etc as well as lovely Japanese gift. I recommend this hotel to any kind of person or group.
