A very clean, modern room in a hotel tucked in to a busy high street. The front door is a bit hard to find as it's small, and reception is set back from the street. The staff were very friendly. The room itself is immaculate; it is small though. There's no real seat to sit on other than a stool that slides under the desk, and nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the floor in the way. I was very satisfied with this hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious, well equipped and very well decorated. This is reall good value for money and the hotel staff are friendly, curtious and very helpful. I wil definitely stay with this hotel again

Good place to stay

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.
