It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. "静かな部屋で広々としていたのでゆっくりできました。また，ホスピタチティーも余計なことは言わないで自由に過ごさせていただいたことを感謝します。とくに，カウンターで喫茶などマイペースでできるところは今の時代とてもよかったと思います。氷も自由にいただけたので助かりました。夕食も2泊とも別な料理でしたがちょっと高いかもしれません。 3点ほど気がついたことを。県道から宿坊へ行く道が3ルートほどありますがいずれも分からなかったので戸惑います。また，タオル類は季節柄もあるのでしょうが少しニオイが付いていたようです。最後に和室に2人掛けソファーがあってよかったのですが，思い切って座卓を応接セットにした方がゆっくりできると思います。家族全員で畳でごろ寝できる良さとソファー（椅子）に座ってゆっくりすることが両方できると完璧です。 余計な気づかいなく過ごせたことは満点ですが，以上が改善されると本当によい所だと思います。"

"Our stay at Toyoko Inn Takasaki Station Nishi 2 was average, but there were a few disappointing aspects. Although we had clearly mentioned at the time of booking that we require a vegan breakfast, the hotel was unable to accommodate this request. It would have been helpful if this had been communicated in advance, as dietary requirements are important for many travelers. Additionally, the room was not cleaned to the standard we expected. While it was not extremely dirty, it did not feel properly maintained or thoroughly cleaned. Communication was also a challenge, as there was a lack of English proficiency among the staff. This made it difficult to discuss our concerns and clarify basic requests. On the positive side, the location near Takasaki Station is convenient. However, improvements in cleanliness, dietary accommodation, and English communication would significantly enhance the guest experience."
