The staff are very polite and helpful. It is right by the train , taxi, and bus stations. There are multiple restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. When arriving I was directed to a self-service machine - "next customer, please use the machine on the left" - and that was it. No welcome, no general info, nothing. Everything else was what you'd expect from a cheap business hotel.
