The only complaint I have is the bed was very stiff. All the rest of the experience was great! We didn't eat the complimentary breakfast, so I can't speak on that...

We always stay here when visiting. It is accessible to down town by walking. The staff is always so great to assist when needed!

This place gave us one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The Suites are big and spacious. The Hotel was clean, well maintained, and very well managed. Breakfast was excellent. A . Five stars! Kudos to ownership, staff, and management!

This was a great location for things downtown and set right on the river. Very convenient. Staff was extremely responsive and nice. The ONLY thing that was a bit of a downer was the HUGE birthday party that engulfed the pool area and reception area for the entire evening on Saturday night. So, we reluctantly we not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub that evening. I believe they should have notified guest, as this was clearly unusual with well over 40 people in this area for several hours.

This was my first stay in Idaho Falls. The hotel is an 8 min drive from the airport. The hotel staff is very friendly. My hotel room was a Studio with Kid Size bed, it was spacious and clean. I would stay there again.

Very Nice Place
We stayed in a room with adjoining bedrooms and a kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. My only gripe is we planned on doing a lot of cooking over Christmas, but there were a minimal number of pots. We wanted hot pads. We changed our plans to take and bake pizza and a potato bar, and it went fine.

The staff is stellar and upgraded my room since I have stayed there before. Beds are very comfortable. One drain plug was broken so couldn't use that sink. Fortunately we had two. Main complaint is parking. Not sure why restaurant next door has absconded with many of the hotel's parking spots and they are labeled for the restaurant only. Doesn't make sense. We had to park at a different hotel next door.

Wonderful
I am incredibly picky in general but especially with what hotels I stay in. I didn’t have any issues with residence inn and was pleasantly surprised with everything. The room was lovely- the breakfast was delicious, the hot tub and pool- amazing. The location is perfect, cutest Japanese garden near by. I was so please that the staff put us in the room requested- highest floor away from elevators. Everything went perfectly and we really enjoyed our time. Thank you

Pleasant Stay
The hotel has an excellent location near the falls. The pool was clean and relaxing. The hot breakfast was good and changed a bit each day. The room was clean and spacious; our king bed was nice. Our showerhead made a squealing sound but we alerted the staff and they were going to look into it.
