Gorgeous home in Icod de los Vinos with house a mountain view

  • This 200-year-old, small holiday home is a good example of Canarian architecture, with a typical small courtyard and a beautiful garden with sun loungers. It has been tastefully renovated, but its originality and charm have been completely preserved. You can expect an original Canarian ambience with views of the sea and the Teide volcano. The house has digital SAT TV and W-Lan.

    Your holiday home is located on the edge of Icod de los Vinos and the exceptional location is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and, last but not least, swimming (Playa San Marcos). The world-famous dragon tree and the town centre are just a few minutes' drive away. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The popular tourist resort of Puerto de la Cruz is only approx. 18 km away. The beautiful area of Isla Baja is approx. 20 km away. An ideal accommodation for holidaymakers who are looking for a "different holiday" away from mass tourism. The house is cleaned every 7 days and bed linen and towels are changed. The house is next to ETE168 and can be rented together.

Schlechte und feuchte Luft im Haus. Kalt und klamm. Oft kein Strom. Gasherd funktioniert nicht richtig. Schlechte Ausstattung der Küche. Bettdecken unhygienisch. Schlüsselfunktion kompliziert. Kein warmes Wasser zum Abspülen. Türenhöhe niedrig! Beleuchtung im Bad schlecht.
