It is very well appointed and has everything you need. All furnishings are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with a good shower. Internet is fast . Car parking is very secure in basement garage . Best of all are the views from the bedrooms and the balcony out to see and across the coastline to Garachico and beyond. Easy to walk down to San Marcos with it's small beach and restaurants. 5 mins drive to Icod for supermarkets and historic old town. Jeronimo and his daughter met us when we arrived and were very welcoming and helpful. All very good . ##### David H.
