"Not what I paid for. The accommodation I booked several weeks in advance was not available when I arrived and was taken to a room with just a bed in it, in the renters own house, which was in a mess as it was being done up. I was not even given a key so the house was not secure at any time. I even had to ask to borrow a towel. I paid for two nights in advance but lady after one night as the place was so awful. "

"The apartment was very well situated in the centre of the town and quite well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay there. It is NOT, however, for anyone with restricted mobility. Access is via a steep set of steps to get to the property, and then you have to climb another set of stairs to get into the bed (which is the weirdest thing about the apartment). Parking is in the main car park a few hundred metres away and you have to understand the peculiarities of the long stay versus short stay:...

Well stocked but rather pricy farm shop on site. Apartment is on first floor up quite steep stairs so not ideal for all. Kitchen equipment a little basic but adequate. We didn't see the owners at all hence 3 stars for commuications."

I was able to enter and retrieve the room key, which did not open the door. I emailed the again. She did not reply. After searching I called the number listed. "As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...
