"Nice rooms, friendly staff and great location. "

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. However, the high floor fallsview room was extremely muggy and uncomfortable for the first day of my stay. On day 2 I decided to keep the curtains closed the entire day from sunrise until sunset and it cooled all the way down. So keep your curtains pulled during the day and you’ll be fine! The front desk staff was rude both times that I interacted with them (checkin and checkout) as if I was bothering them. I paid $70 per day for valet and was unable to reach valet staff for an hour at checkout. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for the valet to get the car & bring it to me. Having said that, the location is fantastic. I walked my way around Niagara Falls to Clifton Hills and the entire length of the falls and it was only 11,033 steps. I was able to enjoy a fantastic dinner at Morton’s Grill inside the property as well. My only critiques are the staffing issues. "

"Breakfast was just pastries and bagels and some waffles not much more. Bathrooms are out dated and small but you get what you pay for "

"For the price didn’t get much perks by booking through Expedia may reconsider booking directly through the hotel going forward. Vouchers really help and we didn’t get any. Otherwise hotel was clean and comfortable."

"We checked in late and the staff member at the front desk was very nice. The elevator, the halls, and the restaurant was clean. Our beds were neatly made and clean. We slept like babies. The pillows were super soft and the sheets as well. I love the Dove line option that was provided by the hotel. For breakfast, we opted for breakfast with our stay. There are no substitutions and our waiter was kind enough to inform us that OJ was and extra cost because it was not an option with our included breakfast for two that we prepaid for. The only con I found was that the floor/tile space between the coffee bar and closet was not thoroughly mopped. Luckily, we had baby wipes to clean it better."
