"The house is nice and modern. Dog friendly but there were plants with burrs everywhere. There are actually 5 bedrooms so a lot of people could stay there. Being able to go to the Ideal Beach Resort was awesome. It ends up being expensive if you only have 1 or 2 families, so having more would help to divide up the costs."

"Pros: Our stay was great and the house was very accommodating to our needs and a short drive to Beaver Mountain. Great view of Bear Lake from the deck. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very cozy, the furniture was new and very comfortable. Bedding was clean and comfortable. We did not have to do a ton of work when checking out, like some rentals.
