"Situated moments away from the railway station but away from the main thorough fair of visitors. Thought is was a great location, staff very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style but really good with all items available. I particularly liked that the cook/chef only cooked small quantities and topped up regularly as this kept everything fresh and hot. Would stay again."

"Modern hotel in great location for the train station and city centre. Right next to the canal with nice bars and restaurants nearby. Bar in the hotel was cool too and not too pricey."

"Wonderful staff. Exceptional room. Lovely breakfast. Only complaint was very slow bar service which was pointed out to management. Overall very enjoyable 3 night stay - highly recommended!"

"Always a great stay and a good bights sleep. The breakfast can be like a 1950’s holiday camp, as it’s just too busy. Nice and friendly staff and just 5 minutes walk from the Liverpool One."

"A great hotel for a stop en route to Scotland. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. We ate in the Bar area. Food was good. We didn’t use the leisure facilities. Only downside for us was there was no electric car charging facilities, but according to reception this may be a future addition."

"I stayed for 4 days, and it was great. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked also plenty of fruit and cereals. Basically Breakfast heaven. My room was set out great, bathroom was well provided with shampoo, soap etc. Definitely staying again."
