The hotel rooms were reasonably well appointed with comfortable bed and reasonably new looking bedding furniture which was all in vey good condition. The exception was the shower which looked a bit tired but functional. The staff were very helpful and the few issues that we had were generally promptly dealt with. The wifi was also surprisingly good within the room. On the downside the rooftop restaurant wasn't a great experience and we felt the service was very sub standard, which is a shame because it could be really great with better food and service. The hotel location is also quite noisy which is possibly ok if you intend to be out and about into late evening. The biggest downer for us was the Blue Beach Club which has free access for guests of the hotel. One of the main reasons for being there was to spend time on the Beach relaxing but the Blue Beach club staff insist on playing very loud club music which is not relaxing and despite requests to turn it down they refused. It was quite noticeable on our several visits that as the music volume went up the number of guests went down. There is another beach about 10 minutes walk away that charges 70Egyption for the day where the service and quality of food is far better and the general ambience is much more relaxing. In the scheme of things 70Egyption isn't very much and the food there is cheaper than at the Blue Beach club so it balances out in terms of cost and you get a better experience.

Comfortable and interesting place
Above average modern hotel within Hurghada Marina complex - that's where posh boats anchor and tours sail from. Comfortable decent rooms with very attentive staff. Great breakfast. Also a huge number of restaurants nearby. All very 'Western' with prices to match (high for Egypt).

To get the sea view room that i booked, the lady in the reception gave me a room with 1 queen bed instead of 2 beds for me and my son. Friendly staff overall. Nice location. The hotel gives you access to a beach right on the marina. A supermarket and great dining options are within walking distance. Also the marina area is great to walk around and this hotel is in the middle of it. A couple of problems in the room after I checked in but they were fixed. I definitely recommend this place.

I was originally given a nice 3rd floor twin room. Decent sized beds perfectly comfortable. Because I am a big guy (6"2' and 20 stone) after 2 nights they decided on my behalf, that I needed a king sized bed and basically fat shamed me into moving rooms. I was not given a choice. They put me in a 1st floor room right over their noisy restaurant terrace (gave me food poisoning 1st day). The noise was unbearable. They claimed it still had a sea view..yeah if you squint round the corner. Otherwise its car park and building site. The shower was rusty and didn't work, the plug in the basin was broken. The drains in the bathroom stank. When I complained they just smirked at me. I have written multiple emails to the hotel group with zero response.

The hotel was okay, the location is the best, but we stay two nights and there no water for take a bath. The first night they said it was a problem in the area, the second night same thing, but we found other places in the area that have water. So we realize that every day they shutdown the water or this is the only property in the area that have water issues. No refund or discount for this problem. If you want to stay here you have to take a bath during daytime otherwise you can’t take any shower after evening.

Very convenient location with a row of restaurants inside the Marina Bay and a short 10 minutes walk into town. The Beach however is only a small one with a pool together across the hotel.

A great location spot. Super easy to get around. local shops nearby & supermarket. The breakfast was the best breakfast I had in Egypt. So much to choose from and delicious. Highly recommend getting breakfast included. Great laundry service too. Really quiet after 12am so you get a really good sleep, I was unwell so it helps that the beds are super comfortable too. The most comfortable beds out of all the Egyptian hotels we stayed at. No bed bugs. No mosquitos. The waiter at the rooftop restaurant is lovely. Mahmoud and Magdy at reception are also so helpful and friendly. The rooms have strong washing lines which is really cool. They let us leave luggage in storage until our flight. The blue beach club was alright, with easy water to swim in and friendly staff. The check-in was so bad & unorganised that it was like they weren’t expecting us. It was 2 am and we were exhausted from rough travels. They tried to put us into a 1-bed economy room. After complaining and putting our foot down we got two separate rooms just to sleep in. We successfully got the superior room we booked by midday. It was highly annoying that the room we booked wasn’t given to us on arrival, we had to fight for it. The shower tiles in the superior room were awful. the drains smelt strange

Lovely clean hotel, lovely kind staff and excellent service. Location was brilliant on the marina and view was amazing from Delux sea view room. Had room only so cannot comment on dining. Tea, coffee and large water provided daily with mini bar in room. Only very small thing is the bathroom tiles, grout in shower tiles and floor tiles could do with a good bleach clean. Otherwise cannot find any fault in hotel.

Modern and basic hotel with lovely views of Marina. Staff excellent and kept the property clean. Close to lots of tourist type restaurants and 5 minutes walk from more local type eateries on Sheraton Road.

Lovely staff and a great experience, the only thing was the rooms were not very clean, they need a bit of a deep clean and some repairs. Has access to a beach about 3 mins walk away, with chairs etc, the beach is shared with other hotels and has a pool party everyday, so if you’re looking for somewhere quiet, probably not for you but it was a nice enough spot.

The hotel location is perfect as it is inside the marina you can walk to any shop everything is around. Staff are amazingly helpful they have a private beach and a pool a 2 minute walk away from the hotel very clean and nice try to go early as it gets super busy because its a shared beach with other facilities. All in all the hotel is good for a reasonable price stay in a safe and convenient location mukhtar at front desk has a nice smile also the lady at the lobby can book you great excursions definitely will stay there again

The Boutique may only be a 3 star hotel, but if you are looking for a quiet hotel then this is it. It's situated at the start of the Marina and although it does not have a swimming pool you have access to a small private beach. There are lots of different restaurants along the Marina including an English bar and beautiful veiws. The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful, Mokhtar was always there with a smile and nothing was to much trouble. The hotel restaurant is up on the roof fantastic views and attentive stafff. There is also a small selection of shops along the Marina. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely little hotel
This is a lovely little hotel. I used it for a few days after a diving safari to spend time around the marina before my flight home. They are very accommodating, the rooms are clean and in good condition. The hotel is very convenient and the access to Blue Beach is very useful

This is a 1-star property, should never be more than that. The hotel is nothing like the pictures, pool and beach aren’t within the hotel. It offers basically nothing and their own restaurant is a joke with horrendous cheap service. Room is basic and the bathroom floor looks terrible. Thankfully, its a 1-night stay, otherwise it would have been a disaster!

Heel vriendelijke medewerkers en propere leuke kamers. Het hotel is gelegen in de jachthaven Marina en is omheind. Heel veilig dus. We moesten 's nachts wel oordoppen dragen voor straatlawaai en de moskee. Veel restaurants en wateractiviteiten in de buurt. Het strand en het zwembad zijn aan de overkant van het hotel, je mag er gratis binnen. Op het strand heb je zeer uitgebreide drank- en eetkaart.

The rooftop terrace has a nice view and even though the room was basic it was clean. Service upon arrival was nice and if you like to stay in a touristy area this is a good spot. It was very loud during the night though, so it you have a though time sleeping this is not the hotel for you.

Super hôtel, le personnel est hyper serviable et de plie en quatre pour vous faire plaisir. La chambre est propre, un petit bémol sur la douche qui mérite d’être rénové. Je recommande sans aucun soucis cet établissement.

Bien sauf si on aime la tranquillité.
Hotel tout au début de la marina, chambres avec belle vue sur le port et la mer. Environnement sûr. Chambres propres, et bien équipées. Personnel très professionnel. Restaurant en dessous avec concert live, bruyant... Et musique forte à l'extérieur de l'hôtel une nuit jusqu'à plus d'une heure du matin... La plage et la piscine sont à 100 mètres de l'hôtel dans un complexe à part. Bien mais musique très forte en permanence. L'après-midi comme dans un nightclub... Si vous aimez être dans une ambiance musicale du matin au soir c'est parfait. Si vous aimez lire un livre tranquillement sur la plage et dormir de bonne heure fuyez...
