Very nice, big room. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom. Lovely pub. Great cooked breakfast. Friendly, good value for money.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, Close to the shops , parking a little tight with a larger car , had a lovely stay

hotel is in the perfect location. right in the middle of town! staff are lovely room was gorgeous and breakfast was tasty!...the car park is tiny but we parked our the to front and the hotel provided us with a permit. overall a lovely stay in a lovely town !

What a find. Super rural location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless with loads of little special extras. The breakfast and the bistro style food was superb. We had a brilliant stay here and we would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

I visited Willance House with my partner a few years ago, and said we'd definitely go back if we needed to stay in the area again. As before, Colin and Sandra go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and that you have everything you need. They are a fountain of knowledge of the local area and it is such a special place to stay. Having read all the reviews my friend and I were so excited to be staying for two nights. We thought we would try somewhere different to our favorite place at Bolton Abbey and went with high expectations. Absolutely top class in EVERY respect. Outstanding friendly, helpful, but also kind staff, a real team feel and a team who are clearly happy and proud to work there. Great to have air con in the dining room and also to have options to sit out in the fantastic weather to eat and drink....

Nice clean rooms with comfy beds! We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food is lovely. The Italian restaurant is as good as any Italian I’ve eaten at! Staff friendly and welcoming- we would definitely stay there again! Thanks Holiday Inn!😁

A lovely room, great size, nice decoration, lovely bathroom; breakfast was lovely, and right on the town square. All for a very reasonable price.

It was excellent value, comfy and cosy. Loved that there was a bath AND shower (useful if you break your wrist so bath is the only option). Staff were really nice and helpful, and cheered me up after hospital with hot chocolate. No food as out of season (so check first if you want breakfast). I would go back though as great base for walks
