5/5 Excellent
"We have been going here for many years , it is always excellent. The breakfast seems less varied than it used to be but is still excellent. The room was very good overall but was incredibly warm at night, too warm to sleep easily - could really do with some sort of air conditioning as it was really hard to sleep even with the windows open. The staff are really good though, and overall the hotel is really nice. We arrived late just as the restaurant was shutting but we did have a bar meal instead. The views from the sea view rooms are stunning. "

"Everything was amazing, the breakfast was beautiful and there wasnt a brand of tea and coffee not available.
The lady in charge was so so kind, there was a mix up with our reservation (my fault) however she was so understanding and our stay went ahead.
Plenty of outdorr seating area front and back, all clean and tidy.
Inside was spotless, cosy and welcoming.
Ill definitely be coming back, it was away from the hustle and bustle but a glorious view of the sea.
10/10. "
"Stuart was a great host. Room was spacious with a nice big window and high ceilings. Comfortable beds and clean. Location wise was perfect. Only a 2 minute walk to the local shops. We would stay here again "
"Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist who supported us with sorting a parking permit, helped us with our luggage and ensured we were happy.
The room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed and that was specified on our booking. It also comes with the most beautiful view of the scarborough coastline and the castle at the top of the hill.
Its only a two minute walk to the actual beach which is just down a path in front of the hotel. The beach is beautiful and very tidy (barely any littler).
We didn't get up on time for breakfast, however the menu looked great and from what i could see caters for all (check online).
We will definitely be going again as it was also great value for money. "
