"Hotel is nice. The view from the main floor lobby is awesome. Seeing the ocean from a full glass view is absolutely beautiful but that is where it stops. We had to wait an hour for our room to be available. The street parking is terrible which basically forces you to use the valet parking at $27 per day which is extremely overpriced. When we finally got to the room there it was nice but no coffee. We had to go down to the desk 3x to get coffee. We didn’t realize the creamers came 2 in a pack with sugar, sweetener & stirrer. Each box is made out of heavy paper. The desk was very cheap with giving us enough. When the initial box was given we did not realize there were only 2 creamers per box. What a waste of paper etc. the room was cold & damp. We called for a blanket 3 times. Finally after an hour & a half a blanket was left at the door without knocking to let us know. If we didn’t decide to actually go dine to the desk we would have called a fourth time. The garbage pails were not emptied the entire 2 days we were there. They were overfilled by the time we left. I had been to the resort in Hollywood Fl several years ago and it was nice that it why I picked it again in Jacksonville. What a MISTAKE. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. A vacation is supposed to be pleasurable this was not. Don’t waste your time and money. Make another choice."

"The property was very clean and as described. We were only a few blocks from the beach, the walk was effortless. The house has a yoga mat, 3 boogie boards, a couple of sand buckets, the basketball game was a hit with the kids. the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. There is a bathroom on every level which was great. To access the backyard you would have to walk through the bedroom on the lowest level or go outside and through the gate. The yard and back patio was nice. We did not use the grill on this stay. We would rent this location again in the future."

"This place was spectacular. We were in town for a wedding. The hosts have an iron and ironing board, which came in clutch for this formal affair. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. There's a coffee bar with a choice of drip or pod coffee. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. We had a great stay and found time to walk to the beach in this incredibly quiet neighborhood."

"This was a 3 story town home with 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom in a quiet residential area. When we arrived, the home was clean and there were sufficient towels and beach towels. They even provided coffee pods for the Keurig, which was an extra bonus. The town home was about a block from the beach with easy access. It is convenient to Trader Joe and Whole Foods plus numerous restaurant and less then two miles from Jacksonville Pier. The town home was equipped with beach chairs and a wagon plus two bikes, which I was excited about. The host was very good with communication. We enjoyed our stay."
