Clean, super nice front desk worker, comfortable bed and chair, well stocked breakfast… if they had a shuttle to Mayo Clinic it would be PERFECT!

Arrived 4pm greeted with smile and welcome, departed 10:00am greeted and sent off with smile. However, the person at the desk Sat. night, rude and unprofessional. No help with my request to check phone service in room (well, are you sure it's plugged in???) asked for lotion...again it on chambermaid cart! No response other than kurt words.

The convenience and ease of checking in, restaurant recommendations and cleanliness. The apartment size refrigerator was great as I had food to keep cool while I am on my journey

I loved the cleanliness, and the staff most of all. They were extremely pleasant and helpful with great attention to detail. The location was also very good, close to restaurants, and shopping. Two coffee shops just steps away was an added bonus. The only negatives were that there were areas on the wall with scratches that need attention, and the patio set is out front too close to the curb. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.
