"This property is exactly as described on listing. It is very close to the beach. Kelly did a great job with communication and answered our questions very quickly. We enjoyed the kitchen because it had so many staple items and utensils so that we could cook easily. Also appreciate that the basics were plentiful!!! (Toilet paper, cleaning supplies and coffee!!) there was also plenty of bedding and towels for everyone. We will definitely stay again next time in Jacksonville. "The property was very clean and as described. We were only a few blocks from the beach, the walk was effortless. The house has a yoga mat, 3 boogie boards, a couple of sand buckets, the basketball game was a hit with the kids. the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. There is a bathroom on every level which was great. To access the backyard you would have to walk through the bedroom on the lowest level or go outside and through the gate. The yard and back patio was nice. We did not use the grill on this stay. We would rent this location again in the future."

"This place was spectacular. We were in town for a wedding. The hosts have an iron and ironing board, which came in clutch for this formal affair. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. There's a coffee bar with a choice of drip or pod coffee. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels and blankets. We had a great stay and found time to walk to the beach in this incredibly quiet neighborhood."

"This was a 3 story town home with 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom in a quiet residential area. When we arrived, the home was clean and there were sufficient towels and beach towels. They even provided coffee pods for the Keurig, which was an extra bonus. The town home was about a block from the beach with easy access. It is convenient to Trader Joe and Whole Foods plus numerous restaurant and less then two miles from Jacksonville Pier. The town home was equipped with beach chairs and a wagon plus two bikes, which I was excited about. The host was very good with communication. We enjoyed our stay."
