The home is stunning and not one amenity was missed. Every single detail was thought of in a meaningful way. It’s is close to Kingston and Gananoque but just far enough to feel the unwind. "This property is all about the view and access to the lake. Spectacular views and peaceful, quiet setting. Loads of seating on deck & around fire pit. Firewood was provided. Setup of the main house good for bigger group. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking (utensils & pots/pans). Bbq provided with extra propane tanks, if needed. "We had a wonderful time! Courtney & Chris were great to deal with! I texted her when we were on the ferry & she was waiting to meet us at our cottage. "Every year my brother and my two sons go on a fishing trip. We were looking for a cabin that would accommodate 4 adults and two bass boats for a week of fishing the St Lawrence River. The cottage fit the bill for what we were looking for. Anne our host was fantastic and attentive to our needs. "Overall, our experience at the shared house fell short of VRBO standards. While each unit offered private space inside, our particular unit lacked a front door (replaced with glass sliding doors), had no BBQ, firepit appeared on the last day, and the front lawn and dock were monopolized by other renters. "We loved staying in Breezy Cottage- lovely cottage that was beautifully updated with all the amenities you would want. While we barely used the A/C during our visit, it’s nice to know it’s an option. The main room was comfortable and bright, with a well stocked kitchen for all our meals. The owners have done an amazing job choosing decor and furnishings for these airy, summery cottages. Highly recommend!"

"The cottage was easy to find and kept up nicely. The lake was calm and right by our door. There is a firepit and bbq to use. Paul the property manager was helpful and responsive. The cottage could use more basic amenities, such as baking trays, salt/pepper, coffee filters, broom, etc. The downsides were the oven not working properly, the canoe needed repair (seat was broken), there was only one smelly/dirty adult lifejacket, and the dock/beach could really use some upkeep."
