"Don’t book here unless you are happy with broken furniture, stained carpets with burn marks, curtains hanging off a single hook and not covering windows. A bathroom window in the shower/bath facing the street without frosting or efficient covering. Old bed, full of lumps and ridges, only fit for the rubbish tip, stale cigarette smoke wafting through passages and random pieces of furniture and hoover in the passages. "Overall our stay was pleasant. Location is perfect for the beach and town. Parking is tricky and definitely for one very small car as stated. Well equipped clean kitchen, good fridge and freezer space, coffee machine was not working so that was disappointing, but overall very nice. The house is on five floors including roof terrace which is pleasant. The main en-suite bedroom is on the fourth floor which is a trek with your bags and make sure you don’t leave anything behind when you’re going out...

"Booked 2 nights in hove to visit relatives. Booked through VRBO, although it was my getaways that dealt with payment, check in and management. Check in was difficult. I never received the relevant email which provided address key access codes etc. After many text messages and calls eventually got the check in details about 45 mins late!
