"The Suite was large and very comfortable. Had a nice view from our balcony minus the bird poop…something that can’t be avoided at the beach. The bonus was an elevator ride one floor down and many shops and places to eat. There were two skylight windows that brought in the morning sun. I even got a call from one of the staff members in regards to a package I forgot in a drawer which they are sending to me. The pool was the only thing that didn’t seem inviting. It was adjacent to a marina. I went twice and I was the only one there other than the birds."

"Room smelled really musty, had rust all over the fridge. Clerk was really nice and gave me a different room but we'd never stay there again. Hole in the bathroom wall where the shower head comes out. Seemed as though there's a lot of people living there full time, creepy."

"The pool was nice. There was no hot tub like the listing stated it was a “soaking pool”. The house was very nice, it just needs a deep clean. Overall nice property. "

"I’m very disappointed with the check-in process and overall communication from this host. I booked through Expedia and sent a message about 10 hours before my arrival, but never received any response. I also called twice and no one answered. When I arrived after 7 PM, I still had no check-in instructions. No one contacted me at all during my entire 4-day stay. I was left trying to figure things out on my own, and without help from another person, I would have had to go find a hotel. To make matters worse, I never received Wi-Fi information, and basic amenities like an iron were not available, which made my stay very inconvenient. Now after my stay, I received a message saying this was my fault because they supposedly sent messages through another platform (something like “Vivo”), which I do not use and never signed up for. If I booked through Expedia, all communication should be sent through Expedia or directly to my email. Interestingly, they were able to email me about checkout, so clearly they had my contact information. On a positive note, the surrounding area and location were nice. However, due to the lack of communication, poor check-in experience, and missing basic amenities, I would not stay here again."
