"The hotel is beautiful and modern, but that’s where it ends. Check in was fast, but our first room had an issue where all lights in the unit repeatedly turned on throughout the night. They did rectify the issue by moving us, which was the only positive. Pools are freezing, lounge chairs are impossible to get, and restaurant/bar service was painfully slow. I’ve been chasing a copy of my invoice from February, with no response via email or a phone call back (after 5 voicemails). Management is incredibly disorganized. Staff are kind, but clearly overworked. I have requested a phone call from management on several occasions, and have yet to hear from anyone. Gorgeous property, terrible execution. "

"Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful views of Charlotte Harbor. Front desk is always friendly and accommodating. Great restaurants and shopping. We love relaxing at the tiki bar for sunsets. "

"Beautiful condo on the canal! The condo had absolutely everything we needed for our stay including fishing rods and tackle! The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. The hosts were extremely responsive and welcomed us with a little goodie basket and cookies! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, going to Fisherman's Village for shopping and drinks under the tiki hut, exploring Punta Gorda and the gulf beaches. This condo truly is a "gem". We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the hosts for making our stay extra special!!"

"The home made a great first impression when we arrived, and was a pleasure to stay in for our 6 days.We particularly enjoyed the lanai and heated pool since the weather was cool for much of our stay.Furnishings were adequate and comfortable. And the location is excellent for walking or biking into town. Would stay here again!"

"Highly recommend this property. Very clean and everything we needed throughout the house. There are plenty of charging areas, 3 tv sets, all appliances were first rate. We enjoyed our time in PG.This property would also be perfect for 2 couples. Lots of privacy. Big back yard made for outdoor grilling. We also found plenty of stores in walking distance for meals, shopping and other necessities.Christine was always available if I had any questions. She responded within minutes.It’s an easy drive to the airport. We will come back! "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. The instructions left on site were very helpful and Troy was very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the pool and the lanai. I especially enjoyed sitting down by the canal watching the sunrise while reading. The location was perfect, we could walk or bike to Fisherman's Village and the boardwalk. We felt very safe in the area too. We would definitely like to return someday."
