"This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. "Great location, close to everything and nice quiet neighbourhood.House was very cold so rug up - took a while to get the gas heater started and even longer to get working. 3 oil heaters - only 2 working, unable to locate any additional bedding for warmer blankets for beds.Yard not ideal for dogs - short gate and gaps in fencing. "Great little house in suburbs, comfy beds, huge lounge chair. 3 stairs to front door with no rail and shower has no edging so water runs everywhere we had to leave 5 towels on floor to contain "

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."

"We spent the long weekend at this lovely property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed. Each of the four beds was king-sized and incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We’ll definitely return if we visit Canberra again."
