The dark night was amazing coming from a town we dont see dark like that! Glad we taken our SUV and not the hatchback as we would have struggled on the bumpy roads due to its very low front end."

The house was the perfect base for us and is a charming and comfortable place to stay. It has everything you could need and the instructions, welcome pack and facilities were first rate. "A perfect place to stay after a long day's walk on the Nidderdale Way. The appartement was lovely and warm when we arrived and enjoyed a good hot shower in the shower room. The kitchen was small but everything we needed to make breakfast before starting the next leg of the walk, The bed was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Had a good meal and a couple of good pints in the Crown Inn which was only a 2 minute walk away."
