Waikiki Resort Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great location, close enough to the beach, but off of the main road and it's noise. Not saying it's church quiet. Rarely long wait for elevators. Utilized the free ice and water fountain often, save some bottles. Friendly staff. Clean room. Didn't utilize pool, gym, restaurant, etc. so can't comment. Like many hotels on that side of the strip they are older than further west. But that didn't bother me a bit, stayed here before and will consider in the future. Some of the other nearby properties seemed to always have the same complaints over and over for long periods of time. But everyone's mileage may vary."

"We stayed here just as the hurricane Lala was passing and the staff was very helpful with making sure we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our group of 4 had one room and I would say it was spacious enough for us. No other complains besides the noise of the dumpster or loud machines from the road at night."

Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra

"Our stay at Ala Moana Hotel was good overall. The hotel is conveniently located near Ala Moana Center and the beach. It's also convenient for taking the bus. The room was generally clean, although the carpet had some noticeable stains. Everything else was good, except for an issue with the microwave and some A/C noise coming from the neighboring room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location."
