"This was our first time in Hong Kong and this seemed like a good place to stay location wise and view wise. It's about a 45 minute drive from the airport. Probably a little over an hour but Metro. We arrived very early and figured we'd leave our suitcases at the reception and expire the local area before checking in (and after a walking your). The staff member at the check-in counter mentioned a room was available right away but it was a more expensive room and if we'd be interested in that. If that was an up selling technique, well played, but in the end I'm glad we took it as it included breakfast and access to the lounge area. And the room was fantastic. Speaking of breakfast, don't think twice about getting it at the hotel. Yes there are a lot of great and cheap breakfast places very close to the hotel but the assortment of breakfast items was staggering . Staff at every area of the hotel was very pleasant and professional. Location wise there's a decent shopping mall right next door"

"Room is clean and comfortable. Facilities are available for bathroom amenities, fresh slippers, clean comfortable bed, TV and air-conditioning self control are all good. Reception staff are good standard. Shuttle bus is useful and bus stops outside the hotel. Decent location . Worthwhile staying again."

"Fantastic location, about a 10-15 min walk to Causeway Bay. Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Great daily room service. Clean rooms although I’m not a fan of carpeted hotel rooms. The downside is the rooms were really small. My friend and I shared a room with twin beds and there was hardly any walking space once we put down our luggage. Often when we came back to our hotel the bathroom door was open, and the two doors would hit each other. The bathroom door is also right in front of the mirror so it’s easy to hit each other on the way out from the bathroom. And the closet was a hidden Easter egg, cause it was beside the twin bed attached to the bathroom, but only the person of that twin bed can easily access it, cause you need to stand on the bed to get to it. Also a bit of an awkward location to catch an uber, especially during rush hour. Our uber driver pulled up and the police officer issued him a ticket. Despite the driver letting the officer know he’s an uber driver, the officer still gave him a hard time and we sat in the car for about 10 mins waiting. Also, if you like relaxing and watching Netflix after a long day of exploring, you’re out of luck here. No smart TVs. Other than that, great hotel if you’re staying by yourself but wouldn’t recommend if you’re sharing with a friend."
