Excellent place, staff & breakfast. Fridge with a variety of snacks and drinks (daily refilled). Great Wifi and staff very well trained. Steps from railway 26 or 8 to the Historic Center at 3rd.stop where you can get the bus & boat city tours. Hotel is surrounded by several nice stores and a great grocery shop is steps away.
Lovely hotel - Staff was excellent and they all spoke English! Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, meats, different coffees, juices, baked goods, etc. Plentiful and delicious! We didn't encounter one difficulty while staying at this hotel, and we were there for 5 days.

This is a good hotel outside the main city centre of Prague but an easy tram ride to the old town centre, Charles Bridge or Wencelas Square. Great and helpful staff. The onsite restaurant is an added bonus.
Seriously a good stay, the bar crawl was amazing. The hostel has character, and beds are comfy and clean. It can get a little hot the higher your bunk bed is. I'd go again, but probably with a private room instead of a 12 person dorm.
Also had the best breakfast for any hostel I've been to. Not too pricey but all you can eat, and you can prepare it any way you want.
Very small budget room. Very clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff, and close to a metro station (you need a metro station to purchase a public transportation pass). We plan to stay in another easyHotel in Budapest and would recommend it to anyone trying to save money and still wanting privacy over a hostel. Internet was very spotty so don't expect to do much surfing once you get back to the room.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in a family room. We didn't pay much so we didn't expect a high standard. This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. The room we were in was facing the railway line which meant it was very noisy and we kept being woken up by trains very late at night and early in the morning. Rooms facing the railway line should have special glass that is noise proof. The toilet smelt not very nice though it looked clean on the surface. The rooms were often not dine until 4pm. Some staff were great but others need training in basic customer service. For example, when we arrived and were waiting to check, the person on the Reception desk completely ignored us as she was dealing wirh another customer. Alrhough we didn't expect immediate attention, a nod or a tiny gesture to acknowdge our presence would have been appreciated.
The staff in the restaurant were lovely. The location is good though and the breakfast was reasonable though there seem to be a constant shortage of cutlery and plates and the breakfast plates were very small, which meant one had to keep getting up to get more food. But we didn't pay much so we think that it is a good deal if you pay about £50 a night for a family of 2 adults and a child.
