"We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. Jane was very responsive if we had any queries and we were even able to check out late since no one else was coming that day. Would highly recommend for group...

"Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. Overall great stay and lovely facilities- amazing hot tub and we loved the outside...

"This townhouse is exactly as described. The location is superb--a very short distance to Quay-side restaurants and shops and also close to food markets, but very quiet! Rooms are comfortable and lots of space. There are 3 floors and stairs, so need to be comfortable with that. All the basic amenities, but no frills. Would be helpful to have more instructions on appliances for those of us from out of country. We would definitely stay here again--excellent place!"

"We were looking for somewhere really quiet to spend time after Christmas and this really fitted the bill. Weather was terrible so we didn't make the most of the close proximity of Exmoor and the Quantocks, but the cottage is cosy and very well equipped, so we had a great rest in a lovely setting. We are a 3 generation family and this worked well for everyone. Plenty of communal space to spread out into, good central heating and a beautifully kept garden. "This spacious converted barn was perfect for our stay. Larger than it looks in the photos. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. The hosts provided tea, milk and coffee supplies upon approval which was appreciated before going to a bigger shop at the nearby grocery store. There was also salt and pepper. While browsing Vrbo we were in two minds over whether to go for civilisation or something more tucked-away and peaceful; we had a few options in walking distance of restaurants, bars etc but as soon as we found this the decision was pretty much made for us. "Overall a good experience. Great, quiet location and very generously sized property. Very well equipped and even has a proper freezer. Owner was very friendly and helpful, and greeted us in person upon arrival. Milk and biscuits had kindly been left out for us too. The only thing that brought the experience down for us was the level of cleanliness. The property has probably not had a deep clean in a while (only basic cleans) and it showed. Other than that a great stay :-)"

"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"
