I've booked many times and they always have issues with either: - Cleaners have not completed cleaning 2 pm (the official check-in time) so customers having to stand outside door waiting for 1-2 hours - Key card not to be found in mailbox as promised - Cleaners walking in while you are in the shower or sleeping. Happeed 10+ times - Apartments have not been cleaned prior check-in.
